KUO Shu-Feng郭書鳳

Born in 1982, graduated from the Department of Radio, Television and Film, Shih-Hsin Universit, Kuo Shu-feng was unfamiliar with politics and had no ideas about national identity in the past. In 2022, after working as a project assistant for the 2022 TIDF International Documentary Biennale “Goodbye to the Passionate Age of Taiwan”. she had some contact with film directors who made documentaries for activists participating in social reformations in the 1970s and 80s. New thinking then emerged to impact the conventional thoughts that she used to prossess. Since Kuo studied in a film-related department, In 2003, she began to choot his first work, a documentary about national identities in Taiwan: “Sisyphus: Formosa.” At present, the director has not been engaged in filming for many years, and has opened a bakery shop in the countryside of Yilan, which is delicated to using Taiwanese local ingredients.
世新大學廣播電視電影學系電影組畢 生於1982年,本來對於政治及國家意識缺乏認識,在2002年接下2002TIDF國際紀錄片雙年展「再見 台灣激情年代」專案助理後,開始接觸70年代末期至80年代拍攝黨外運動的人士,新的思考衝擊從小以來的觀念。由於導演本身就讀於電影相關科系,2003年開始著手拍攝第一部作品,一部關於國家認同的紀錄影片:薛西佛斯之福爾摩莎。
