Videotage is now looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to assist the delivery of the organization’s media arts programs. The post will be offered on a one-year contract basis with renewal possibility.
Responsibilities for Project Coordinator:
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">To coordinate media art programs of Videotage and its archive Videotage Media Art Collection (VMAC), especially operations and logistics</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">To provide creative input to programs</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">To deliver educational programs of Videotage and VMAC</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">To facilitate the collection and organization of titles in VMAC</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">To handle marketing and public relation tasks of the organization’s programs</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">To take up administration work related to Videotage and VMAC</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Tertiary institute graduate in arts/cultural or related disciplines</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Knowledge and passion in media and video art</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Strong project management skills and execution ability</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Competent in research and well-organized</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Good people skills and communications skills</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Proficient in English and Chinese</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">HK permanent resident aged 18 and above</li>
</ul>
Graduates within the last 3 years are welcome.
