Videotage is now looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to assist the delivery of the organization’s media arts programs. The post will be offered on a one-year contract basis with renewal possibility.

Responsibilities for Project Coordinator:

• To coordinate media art programs of Videotage and its archive Videotage Media Art Collection (VMAC), especially operations and logistics
• To provide creative input to programs
• To deliver educational programs of Videotage and VMAC
• To facilitate the collection and organization of titles in VMAC
• To handle marketing and public relation tasks of the organization’s programs
• To take up administration work related to Videotage and VMAC

Requirements:

• Tertiary institute graduate in arts/cultural or related disciplines
• Knowledge and passion in media and video art
• Strong project management skills and execution ability
• Competent in research and well-organized
• Good people skills and communications skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• HK permanent resident aged 18 and above

Graduates within the last 3 years are welcome.
