Ego trip is a short film presenting the artists’s subjective mental and visual travel. Starting from a rainy afternoon, a girl is going to meet her friends, connected to a couple staying at home because of the unconvinced heavy rain. The audience will witness how a relationship changes by time.

Ego trip 是一套以作者精神角度出發的主觀視覺旅行。由一個女生從住所約會朋友的下雨下午，連接到一對情侶因為下雨而無法出外，只好慢無目的地在房子內嬉戲。 接下來，觀眾將會目睹一段關係如何在時間裏發生的變質⋯⋯

Poon kan chi is a graduate of Hong Kong Art School with the best academic award in Visual Art and received The Best Experimental Short Film Award in 2008. She also studied Applied and Media Arts in Hong Kong Polytechnic University Community College. Her short film “Love is Blind” was selected for The 2nd Hong Kong Mobile Film Festival in 2009. She uses hand-held camera techniques and other portable equipment to capture everyday images of life in Hong Kong. She is currently embarking on a new project that explores and integrates western scientific research method with the theme of “change” which is based on traditional Chinese philosophy.
