Inspired by the incident in which Legislator Raymond Wong Yuk-man threw a banana at Donald Tsang, the Chief Executive of the HKSAR, in the Legislative Council during the Q&A session of Tsang’s policy speech. It marks the beginning of a new political culture in Hong Kong.

作品的構思是受到「扔香蕉事件」所啟發。黃毓民議員在立法會中，向正在發表施政報告的香港特區行政長官曾蔭權扔香蕉，標誌著一個新的香港政治文化。
