Slow and Repeat is a series, an experiment. Base on same footage, and have a same duration. But they are edited in two different ways. Repeat is edited under a rule: First four frames are grouped together and repeat ten times. The last two frames from the first group and the next two frames are grouped and repeat ten times. The last two frames from the second group and the next two frames are grouped and repeat ten times. And then repeat the first group ten times. The last two frames from the third group and the next two frames are grouped and repeat ten times. The last two frames from the fourth group and the next two frames are grouped and repeat ten times. The last two frames from the fifth group and the next two frames are grouped and repeat ten times. And then repeat the fourth group ten times. The last two frames from the sixth group and the next two frames are grouped and repeat ten times. The last two frames from the seventh group and the next two frames are grouped and repeat ten times. The last two frames from the eighth group and the next two frames are grouped and repeat ten times. And then repeat the seventh group ten times. And follow this rule until the end. The rule is trying to enhance every movement, but miss some details. Such as, how the young boy move his head, how the people walk, and how the car move, etc. Repeat is also trying to show the degree of movement of each single movement.
