As the closing evernt of New Meida Archeology project, Videotage presents the “VMAC Launch Party” with three exciting events packed in one night.

#1 Launch
The offical launch of VMAC (Videotage Media Art Collection), a collection o Hong Kong new media artworks and events will for the first timebe open to public.

#2 Premiere
Created by filmmaker Marco Sparmberg, Hong Kong’s first Dim Sum Western – “Squattertown” is a crowdsourced and crowdfunded web series fused Spadgetti Westerns with stylized action flicks of 1980s Hong Kong. CNNGo calls it “a dystopian parallel universe in which Hong Kong’s wealth gap has grown to the point where a vast underclass is forced to live in a parallel city that exists above the heads of the affluent.”
