Digesting Patience is the first part of a series, “Matching 4 with 12”. It explores certain conditions of psychosis through the process of devouring and desire. In Digesting Patience, we are faced with an ambivalent notion of a meltdown, both visually and symbiotically. The only trace of comprehension and desire lies in the “substance” and pleasure absorbed through the inwardly looped consumption of images and sound. Digesting Patience opens up a way to mediate multiplicity, and creates cerebral linkage and crossings between physical needs and emotional demands.
