Plaza Rakyat (English: Peoples Plaza) is a mixed-use skyscraper complex in Kuala Lumpur, the development was put on hold in 1998 due to financial difficulties. The building has remained in an unfinished state since then.

The short film uses 12 photos to destroy and reconstruct the time and space of the view of Plaza Rakyat. It creates a sense of disorientation and destabilisation as the viewer moves through the film. Through this visual exploration, the film invites the viewer to consider the passage of time and the fluid nature of space.
